Costumizable colors for the interface and media player + logo upload. A huge + would be if you would be able to preload intro / outro segments to be autmaticaly added after every video.

I hate looking at the mirror'd/flipped version of my face through my Webcam. Can you please add the ability to flip the image, It could make me feel more confident while recording these walk throughs!

It's great that we get that on our email but I'd like to be able to have some sort of inbox in the dashboard as well or an analytics tab where you can check specifics!

When I record a video with the Chrome extension, it would be nice to be able to do a simple trim to cut off the beginning or end of the video to get rid of a mis-start or pauses.
