Add "Pause" option for guide only recordings#93

In some scenarios I don’t want to record a video as well, just a guide. It would be nice to be able to pause the recording to avoid recording steps where I have to stop and do something else for a second. Sometimes I’m not 100% sure of the next steps, so I’ll go check something that I don’t want to be recorded. It would be great to not need to go through and delete those steps afterwards!
